All orders are handmade and personalised by Kim. Please take extra care when filling in the form as we will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes made on engravings or with incorrect or incomplete postal addresses.

Delivery can take up to 14 working days, this includes the time it takes to make & prepare your item before shipping.

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs. As some of our handmade gifts take longer to make than others, sometimes your order will arrive in multiple deliveries.

Delivery Times are given a guideline only, they are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the postal service or customs are out of our control. Please allow sufficient time for delivery. We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. This is when your delivery timescale will begin.

Delivery and Promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction only applies to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.
